Angelo is a friend of the C. G. Jung Society of Sarasota, having lectured for the Society numerous times over the years. He is a Jungian therapist and consultant, with a practice in Tampa. In his work with patients, Angelo focuses on the relationship between the conscious and unconscious lives of his patients, major life transitions, and the transformative process present in each individual's development. He has led workshops for numerous groups within the United States and England, and he is the author of Jung's Typological Perspective.

The I-Ching, or Book of Changes, is one of the oldest Chinese classic texts, dating from mid-4th to early 3rd century BC. It is centered on the ideas of the dynamic interplay of opposites and the acceptance of the inevitability of change. What is at the root of the I-Ching's popular appeal since its publication in the West? More importantly, how did this ancient Eastern text and divination tool get linked to Jung's life and work? Come and explore these questions and more.

THE BOOK OF CHANGES (PRACTICE)

This workshop will go into the heart of the I-Ching as both a book of wisdom and a divination tool. You will learn about the basic archetypal principles underlying the I-Ching's wisdom during times of transition as well as how to use it in the individuation process. During the workshop, you will be invited to bring your personal questions to the I-Ching and cultivate a psychological relationship with the I-Ching that can be carried meaningfully forward into your future inner work.
